I graduated at UCT in 2007 with a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am currently doing my Masters in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. Inggs as part of the RRSG, and am based at the Centre for High Performance Computing in Rosebank.

My undergraduate thesis involved the design of a 3GSPS ADC board for use in radio astronomy. This was done in conjunction with the Karoo Array Telescope project.
I grew up in Westville (near Durban) and went to Westville Boys' High School, where I matriculated in 2003. I started my undergaduate degree at UCT in 2004, and spent two years in Smuts Hall before moving into digs in Kenilworth. My interests include music, technology and open source software. My operating system of choice is Ubuntu.
